In other instances we are asked for assistance, when customers are trying to solve certain problems to enhance their process productivity and improve their product quality. In this case we start from an analysis of the existing condition and then help to optimize the manufacturing process with several what-if analysis with FurnXpert and other Third Party software. Our services include Batch and Continuous furnace analysis and study to determine optimum operating condition to improve productivity and reduce energy cost.

Two levels of analysis to chose from

Detailed Analysis with CFD (Computaional Fluid Dynamics)

You provide us with some basic information. We will look into the problem and gather all the pertinent information to run the analysis. If the information is not available with you we will do the research to obtain it. We also run CFD and/or Finite Element analysis as per requirement third party CFD codes.

Price: We follow two models

Fixed Price: Fixed Price model is suitable for analyses/projects with well defined requirements and schedules. When your need is clearly specified in sufficient detail, we estimate the analysis scope and complexity, and provide an analysis delivery schedule along with the fixed price for the complete analysis.

Time & Materials: When the analysis scope, specification and implementation plans cannot be precisely defined at the outset or requirements may change dynamically- the Time & Materials model provides the flexibility of modulating the size and workloads of the analysis team assigned to your project, while optimizing time and costs. Under the Time & Materials option, we offer our skilled resources, and the development effort is billed on the pre-negotiated and mutually agreed hourly rate.
